Happy New Year 2011

So I hope you all are ready to get yourselves together! I know I am. 2011, the year that I go back to my high-school body. 155 pounds is my goal. Losing 5 pounds a week with dieting and excercise should be a walk in the park right? lol Lets see if I can do it. I'll post up my regimen and tools for you guys soon. Stay tuned!
