In the past few years, I've made the transition to doing my own beauty treatments at home. I give myself a facial, manicure, and pedicure. I even do my own hair, cutting costs considerably and leaving money in my pocket to spend on other things (like makeup-clothing-shoes-furniture-yeah I said furniture). Not to mention I'm a mother, holding down a household of five. So when I want to have that little treat- I pamper myself inside. Mishaps Happen

Well, not sure if you guys know, but I'm a mother of 3 small kids. They love to play with their toys, and they also like to play with Mommy's toys. Long story short, My kids broke my camera over the weekend, leaving me hopeless when it came to taking pictures. So I must do a little research and buy another one before the weeks end- I have a few clients and I need to be able to take photos! Ahhh! Got kids? What do you like to take photos of? Toodles Yall!

Savannah: Model For A Day

Painted Faces teamed up with Amber.Martin Photography this past weekend to bring a touch of the model lifestyle to clients in our small town. My first "Model" Savannah, actually looked the part! Her beautiful eyes and small frame would be perfect for numerous portfolios. The look acheived was simple and effortless. I wanted to keep her fresh, so we did a slate grey eye with a touch of pink blended at the outer corners.
